Founded by Cathy Wildschuetz, a Traditional Naturopath and Board-Certified Health Coach, Naturally Guided Health delivers personalized, whole-body wellness services that empower individuals, especially mature adults to build strength, confidence, and independence at every stage of life.
Through health coaching, functional fitness, and behavior-change strategies, Cathy partners with clients to create sustainable habits that last. An Idea Rooted in Care and Made Possible Through Partnership
Cathy’s signature Forever Young program was inspired by seven years of caring for her great aunt “Sis,” who lived independently until age 93. That experience shaped Cathy’s commitment to senior wellness and led to the creation of a 12-session, hands-on program focused on balance, flexibility, strength, posture, and cognition, key components of functional mobility and fall prevention.
As demand for holistic, preventive wellness services continues to grow across Ocean Springs and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Cathy recognized the opportunity to expand her offerings and reach more individuals who could benefit from this work. Turning that vision into reality required not only passion, but access to capital and trusted financial partners who believed in the mission.

Participants in recent Forever Young sessions experienced an average improvement of more than five seconds balancing on one foot, a measurable outcome that directly supports independence and safety for older adults. Clients recovering from surgery or injury benefit from safe, guided support after physical therapy ends working alongside healthcare providers to continue building strength and confidence.
