RCLF is proud to partner with Sentry Business LLC as they build a new, Class A skilled nursing facility in D’Iberville, helping meet a growing and critical healthcare needs along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
This $2M RCLF loan supported by SSBCI and completed in partnership with The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia will finance a construction-to-permanent project on 16 acres in a qualified census tract. The 40,000-square-foot facility will include 69 beds across five wings, all constructed simultaneously to ensure long-term efficiency while allowing patient admissions to occur thoughtfully, one wing at a time.
As a skilled nursing facility, Twin Oaks Village will operate within a regulated reimbursement structure that helps ensure patients can receive necessary care regardless of their financial circumstances. Payment models tied to patient care needs are designed to support facilities in delivering appropriate levels of medical and rehabilitative services while maintaining operational stability.
This approach allows skilled nursing providers to focus on quality care and clinical outcomes rather than a patient’s ability to pay, helping ensure seniors and individuals with complex health needs have access to essential services. By participating in these reimbursement systems, facilities like Twin Oaks Village play a critical role in maintaining equitable access to healthcare for communities that depend on publicly supported care options.
As the nursing facility industry faces rising costs, labor shortages, and increasing regulatory demands, projects like this one are vital. With an aging population driving demand for skilled nursing services, the Mississippi Gulf Coast, particularly fast-growing areas like D’Iberville, needs modern, well-planned facilities that can deliver specialized care while remaining financially sustainable.
RCLF is proud to support Sentry Business, LLC as construction progresses. This is a story still being written, and we look forward to sharing updates as the facility rises, staff are hired, and doors open to serve the community.
