After an accident left him unable to continue his job, Bart Cauley wondered how to support his family. Using his past management experience and a love of restaurants, Bart applied and was approved for a Little Caesar’s franchise in Lucedale, MS. As an unemployed father of 4, Bart knew most banks would not lend to someone in his situation on such a risky venture. He was referred to Renaissance, and the rest is pizza history. Through Renaissance’s personal assistance and favorable lending terms, Bart was able to secure a loan and purchase a franchise in 2014. It is now a successful family-owned hometown business and top Little Caesars producer in his area. Renaissance is now working with Bart and his family to open a 2nd Little Caesar’s location in Wiggins, MS.
