Congratulations to our Home Purchase Advisors, Gladimil Malave, Tamara Miller and Cheri Walton, who are now HUD Certified Counselors! Our HPAs provide a vital service to Renaissance’s mortgage clients with one-on-one and group financial and homeownership counseling. With their new certification, along with Renaissance’s designation as a HUD Certified Counseling Agency, the HPAs are ready to counsel clients on all aspects of homeownership, including purchasing, renting, foreclosures and credit issues.
