Examples of sources from which we collect information include:
- Application information, interviews and phone calls with you;
- Letters, e-mails and forms from you; and
- Other questionnaires completed during the process; and
- Information received from your creditors through credit reports.
As a general rule, we do not disclose personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone. However, certain non-public information about you may be disclosed to federal and state agencies, nonprofit partners for program review, monitoring, auditing and oversight purposes, affiliates, agents, contractors and their respective assigns as necessary as permitted by law.
RCLF protects all of its clients’ confidential information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information; and we train our staff to safeguard client information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or use.
