RCLF Business Loans
Loan Terms
Loan may be extended for working capital, equipment financing, and/or leasehold improvements. Each loan is tailored for your business’ specific needs.
Real Estate
Amortized/fixed rates are offered for up to 20 years on real estate loans.
Interest Rate
The interest rate of your loan is one of the most important components for you to know. While our rates vary depending on market rates, risk, and loan term, the rates remain competitive with other mainstream financial institutions. Rates may be fixed or variable.
Catapult Business Loans
Catapult Loans are business loans for $25,000 or less. Applying for a Catapult loan is a streamlined process that is based largely on credit scores. Existing and start-up businesses may receive approval in as few as three (3) business days!
The loans have terms of up to 60 months, competitive interest rates, and no pre-payment penalties.
Small Business Administration (SBA) Microloans
SBA Microloans are business loans for $50,000 or less. The loans have terms of up to 72 months.
