30 Years in the Making- Finally a Home Owner

“After 30 years, I finally have a home of my own. It feels like a dream!” stated Leironica Williams when asked how it felt to be a homeowner. Leironica was ready to find a home for her and her daughter, but she wanted to secure her loan through a company she could trust. When asking about companies, Leironica was referred to Renaissance Community Loan Fund through her realtor.

Although there were times that she wanted to give up, Leironica pushed through and consulted with her Mortgage Loan Originator, T.J. St. Arnaud anytime she had a question. “I didn’t expect searching for a home to be so hard. I almost gave up, but Ms. T.J. encouraged me and helped me find the right home and loan for me,” said Leironica. 

Now, Leironica finally has her dream home for her and her six year old daughter, nicknamed Angel. “Now I have a place for me and my daughter to grow and I have something I can leave for my daughter ,” said Leironica.
